A Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meeting was held on 4th July 2026 at the institution.
The meeting was attended by key executives of the institution, including the former Headmaster, Mr. Michael Sebuabey; the Director and Head of Instructions, Prophetess Mrs. Francisca Odifo Darko; the Administrator, Apostle Evans Odifo Darko; and Pastor Rebecca Aidoo, Culinary Arts and Hospitality Services Instructor.
Parents and guardians of the trainees were also present in large numbers, resulting in an impressive and commendable turnout.
Key matters discussed during the meeting focused on strengthening collaborative education between the institution and parents.
Topics included proposed curriculum changes, the requirement for students to provide valid Health Insurance Cards to facilitate emergency medical interventions, and the importance of active participation in practical sessions and demonstrations.
Additionally, parents were advised to limit unnecessary interruptions to academic activities, particularly frequent home calls for non-essential events such as funerals.
The administration also provided detailed explanations regarding the institution’s Disclaimer Policy.
The meeting concluded with the announcement of the upcoming graduation ceremony scheduled for 7th November 2026. Invitations were extended to the general public and all stakeholders to attend and support the event
