In our culinary arts program, students are trained to be responsible for skillfully preparing meals that are pleasing to the palate as to the eye. They are taught in the knowledge of the science of food and an understanding of diet.

Our practical courses in the cooking and baking skills include more recipes than any other schools we know of. We train students with a wide range of skills, knowledge and understanding which allow for career development in the Hospitality and Tourism industry.
