When I first met Fransesca and Evans in 2006, their office existed out of 4 bamboo branches and banana leaves. Together with volunteers, they put their passionate ideas into action. Now the foundation exists out of classrooms, hostels and a real office. This was only possible because Fransesca and Evans never stopped believing in a better future. An example they teach the students and volunteers every day. They’re open for different cultures, but also teach foreign volunteers about the Ghanaian culture. I moved to Ghana in 2011 for other humanitarian projects and even though I don’t see Fransesca and Evans as much as I would like, they have a permanent place in my heart and I will always follow them.
