CAKE DECORATION AND SUGARCRAFT
Cake Decoration is one of the sugar arts that use icing, frosting and other edible decorative elements to make ordinary plain cakes looks lovelier and visually interesting.
In cake Decoration circles, sugarcraft seems to be the most misunderstood expression. Our programme includes innovative interpretations and designs for much loved favorites which are a must for every cake decorator to know. FrankEve takes our students through the American and Australian way of making cakes as well as the fun part of the programme in basic piping techniques from stars, shells, ziz zags, dots, beads, Trellises, twisted ropes, cornelli, embroidery to the advance.
Our Lovely students are also taken through piped sugar pieces, simple piped flowers, run outs, sugar paste making, moulding etc.
They are taught how to bake and decorate Birthday cakes of all kinds, Novelty Cakes, Christmas Cakes, Anniversary Cakes, Wedding Cakes etc.
This program takes a period of 5 months to complete.
